Pay your potion of the court fees stupid bm
Go to court LAST YEAR bc BM thinks she needs full custody of the SKs .. Judge changes. I thing .. The court took in both house hold incomes and assets and split the bill for the GAL for the kids. We get our potion of the bill which has been paid. Check mail and there's a letter from DHs lawyer. BM has decided to attempt to have this bill amended bc she can't afford her portion. She says it was divided unfairly, there was an error or DH & I have lied about our income and assets so he needs to pay more and she needs to pay less. Stupid requested the GAL be appointed for the kids . So now here let's rack up more legal fees bc she's a witch

When the court office was taking all the info Dow. So they could decide how much each one was responsible for they asked for my income, DHs income, the value of both vehicles, the house that is in my name, the house we live in together .. And supposidly the same for her and her husband. There's already a motion to amend it filed and a court date set.

This is dumb! BM wanted the GAL and as ordered, your DH paid his half; now that quack needs to pay her half. I can't see the judge making your DH pay for her bills.
When DH went to court and "won", he received an email from BMs lawyer saying DH & co should have to pay for the filing because "BM has run out of money". Literally he put those words. We never knew what came out of it except that DHs lawyer said we didn't have to pay for anything but what we had already paid her. Ive always wondered if our lawyer paid for it out of her pocket of if she sent BMs lawyer a "too bad, so sad" email. I hope it was the latter

Court wants to split
Court wants to split everything regarding the kids. No she didn't get what se wanted. She wanted full custody and DH to get to see them a few evening after school or when ebcoild get a weekend off since he works every weekend. But the judge left it 50/50. This woman likes court more than any body I've ever seen.
