NOWHERE FOR BM TO HIDE!!!

Here is the update.After BM has hid and avoided the sheriff for 3 months from being served divorce papers, We finally got her into the lawyer's office. She signed the Jeristiction papers. Now the witch cant hide. She still has no lawyer and looks like she has no plans of getting on because ya know she's Untouchable. I was the one who called her and pretty much scared her into the Lawyer's office. One would think if your husband filed for divorce that you would at least speak with some legal council to be informed of what will or could happen. She is such a dumbass. Now we can proceed with our plans. Posting in the paper for full custody. Going for everything. She seems to be under the impression if she avoids everything and does not show up to anything that they can not do anything without her. Boy is she wrong. I think its a little arrigent of her also.

After reading your other posts and knowing EXACTLY how you feel, I have just one question. Why would you push to get full custody of this kid???? I wish my DH didn't have custody. I would love it if she were only here on the weekends. Now she'll be with you full time. Do you think you're goint to be ok with that. I can tell you that I f'ing hate it. To the point that I really am ready to move out.

Do I want to have the child her full time. No I really dont. Right now we have her half the week and BM has her the other half. I think its better for the child like this. He wants full custody of her for other reasons. The mom pawns the kid off alot on her parents or other people. It upsets my BF. I understand what he is thinking. If the kid is not gona actually be with the mother when its her time to have her then she should be here. I want what is best for the kid but it I dont always like the kid. I try to make the best of it while she is here. Does not always go as planned. But I do make the effort. SLOWLY she is learning that our household does not revolve around her. And Ive been getting total support from my boyfriend. Thats huge when the Father is onboard with ya. Makes life easier.
