The BM drama

Yesterday my SS4 went back to BM but my DH had to work. So my DH ask if I could drop him off so DH would not be late for work. But that psycho bitch has it in the court order that I can not be the competent adult unless the parties agree. So when DH told that BM got pissed off and called the cops. So then DH told BM that his sister will take him back. My DH told that to the cops on the phone, she just makes a big deal over something so small. She has a very much hatred over me so she does whatever she can to make our lives a living hell. So when we get SS4 on the 15 we would have to drive two separate cars to pick him up. DH will go get him then SS will get into my car so DH can drive to work and I will drive home all because BM does not want to see me

If you are married to him, I can't understand why she could manage to have that in a custody agreement? She's psycho for sure! She's obviously threatened by you and it's a shame that she cares more about that than setting a mature example in front of her child. Your DH should seriously consider going back to court to change that agreement. You are the stepmom and you should be legally allowed to help care for SS and provide drop offs if necessary.

Thank you that all of you agreeing with me. Yes I am married to him but not when that was put in CO and my DH said he wants to fix that because I help take care of him when he is with us and I should be able to pick up/drop off my SS.
