Dear Valued Users,

It's with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of StepTalk.org on August 31st, 2025.

This decision wasn't an easy one. For over twenty years, StepTalk has been a source of support for stepparents around the world! However, over the years, the costs associated with maintaining and upgrading the site to remain secure, meet current standards and maintain availability have become unsustainable.

We are incredibly grateful for your support, contributions and the community you've helped us build. Your engagement has made StepTalk.org a special place and we cherish the memories and connections made here.

We would especially like to thank Aniki for volunteering to be a moderator and for caring so much.

Been almost 2 months and still feel like this was the best decision EVER!!

I just wanted to stop in and say HI!! It is a little weird that I miss coming here but there is no reason to any more. I can't thank all of you enough for the support you gave me at some of my darkest times, I will forever be grateful to you all!

Me and my kids are doing so well, everything has worked out so freaking beautifully it is pretty amazing. My kids are happy, I am happy, I even have more money back as a single mom! Go figure??I haven't heard from stbEx hubs in a few weeks, Thank God!

I even went on a date and got beautiful roses- something the man I married never did for me. I am not rushing into anything by any means, it was just nice .
