DP came down on SD11!

I was careful to not act too happy but to be solemn and supportive. Dirol

DP and I spent HOT morning taking care of house stuff. SD11 had a friend over (who I like). Around 11:30 SD11 starts complaining that she isn't At the pool yet. Snotty like. DP tells her that if she's bored to go clean up her room. Of course that cannot happen since her friend is there. She talks back hard to DP, I say to him..."princess" and walk away. Regretted that but it got him moving.

He goes and tells her to clean her room before we go to the pool. She refuses. Says she will just walk there. DP says only after she cleans her room. A short while later we realize she and friend snuck out! DP calls friends mother, let's her know situation. She right then calls girls back to house (they stopped there to get snacks) and tells both to get back to house so SD11 can do what she was told. They had to walk, crying, back up the big hill! I took SD9 to pool as she did what was asked. SD11 cleaned room and had to wait on couch another 30 min to think about it.

DP was pissed he said because SDs don't listen to him until he's really lost it. I just listened and nodded. Didn't say a peep that maybe if he actually had more discipline and rules and made sure things were followed through there'd be a different outcome...nope.

I also think DP may learn from SD11s friends moms. They are super awesome and had a good convo with DP at the pool when. We met up. I'm inviting them for dinner this coming week.

My DH is the same way. He hardly ever bites down firm on SD19 and SD13. The rare times that he needs to get their asses in gear, he is louder and firmer and they "jump," shocked and surprised. This is because the "bite" hardly ever happens, but when it does it is so drastically different than all of the other instances. He needs to shock them more often. These two have no boundaries! If I hear DH say, "You just need to let it roll off of you" one more time when SD19 is a vile bitch, I may just go jump off of a bridge!

OMG. I had to go into SDs bathroom this morning (painting guest room/office and I need the sink). It's disgusting like I predicted would happen. Toilet not flushed for how long??? Smells, dirty towels everywhere. And we have guest coming this afternoon.
It's almost noon and SDs are still in bed.
DP should be getting back from his exercise soon and that bathroom will be cleaned before ANYONE leaves this house.

I hear an SD stirring...let us listen for a toilet flush....no? Of course not! It's too haaaaaaard to do that.

Ok, SD11 just used our bathroom w/out permission. Spoke to her about that.
Apparently it's SD9 who is not flushing AGAIN. Told her DP will talk to her when she gets home because she's 9, no excuse and it's disgusting.
