BM called last night to raise the living dead

BM called last night, big shocker! It had been 2 months since the last time she called. The length of the phone call: 1 minute 11 seconds. Sure SD is 2 but she is a very talkative and verbal 2. She can tell you what she did, who she saw, and what she had for dinner, but BMs life is so busy that she only has 1 minute to spare. She then texts DH to ask questions! BM is having her 3rd child any day now, and wanted to know if we would bring SD to the hospital when she does?!
The CO gives DH full custody and BM has supervised parenting time every other Sunday for 3 hours, as long as BM pays for all the costs of the visit. DH told her that she needs to call and talk to him about this and not text back and forth all evening. Never heard anything back from BM last night.
Why would DH and I bring SD to the hospital to see her newest baby? DH has tried to explain that CPS is involved in the case, and even if he wanted to he could NOT bring SD to an unsupervised visit. DH was told by CPS that if he did he would be facing child endangerment charges. I pray this new baby does not have to go through anything SD had to go through living with BM.
Every time BMs name comes up, I flash back to the pictures DH received from CPS and law enforcement. The pictures are from the apartment BM was living at with SD before she was evicted, and are disgusting to say the least. All I can say is thank heavens SD was in a crib still and was not able to move around on the floor much. The childrens bedroom was covered in dog feces and urine saturated carpet. The kitchen looked like a nightmare, and in one of the pictures you think you are looking at a pot of beans (unfortunately, beans do not move) the CPS worker showing DH and I the pictures clarified that it was in fact a pot of maggots (they are unsure what the original substance was).
Right before DH was awarded custody BM took SD back to her house (before she was evicted and CPS got involved) when DH tried to pick her up BM said she was not giving SD back until the court told her too. DH fearing for SD called the police. Thank heavens he did. Because of the minor at the residence police were able to search the premises, what they found was horrific. BM was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and got slammed with 2 counts of possession (not the green stuff, mind you). Her boyfriend who was also living at the house was charged with violation of parole, and come to find out that he is not allowed within so many feet of a minor because of his RSO status against minors in the past!

Sorry this turned into a longer post than I had planned, but I do feel better now. If you made it this far please be honest; should DH and I even consider bringing SD to the hospital to see BMs new baby (if we set up the supervisor). It means that we would have to pay the supervisor ourselves, since BM has no money right now. Would we be denying SD a chance to see BM and be there for the special day?

If you want to it would be a nice gesture to show SD her new baby sibling, but if you don't want to I wouldn't blame you and i would give it a second thought.

I would not take her. I would do nothing to jeapordize custody. The last thing you would want is to loose her.

NO NO and NO. CPS has already said that unsupervised visits with BM would result in child endangerment charges againist your DH.

DO NOT take SD to visit BM in the hospital.
