Update, Suprise suprise
For everyone who didn't read my last post titled "Discipline Lecture From BM Dad" might as well read THAT first. For the rest of you who did read it I gotta update. We went to pick the girls up and here comes 3 red as an apple kids. They have the worst sunburn I have ever seen! I was pissed! They said they was in the pool almost all weekend. I asked the oldest if mom put sun screen on them. She replies no, she didn't have the money. Oh yeah? We live a couple blocks away, she couldn't of asked? So in a pissy rage I text her and barked back. What's up with the extream sun burn bullshit? She goes I didn't have money. So I text her you could of asked us. And no money for sun screen but you got your nails done didn't you? She never text back. Ha! So I've taken pictures and rubbed cool gel on them for bed. If she is gunna pull her bull crap about supposed ABUSE so can I!
OH! and the bruise on the youngest I found out is from the oldest shoving her into their bunkbeds. I remember it. It's on her hip. So little miss oldest is confessing what she did to mother dearest and grandpa so they KNOW it wasn't from a swat on the butt or as they call it... BEATING!

She can accuse me of abuse but 3 little girls come back to my house after two days looking like lobsters? My exact point. I swear this women is in la la land to think I wont call her out on her own wrong doings. I didn't even see her when I picked the kids up, they was with the babysitter. She is suposted to be bringing groceries today and she is gunna have a ear full from me and MY mother. Perfect time for the oldest to also confess to giving her sister a bruise too eh?
Take the kids to the Dr or
Take the kids to the Dr or pharmacy to have their sunburn looked at (just to have a record of it IYKWIM) then make sure to tell BM that you have had them seen to...
So she knows that it's been documented.

And as for the no more swatting thing - I agree with the others, there are FAR more fun (oops I mean effective) punishments you can dish out.
And while you are doing it make sure that you explain to SD7 that she is doing "insert punishment of choice but make it WAY worse than a quick swat on the bum" because she complained to BM and GD about being spanked so now you have to discipine her in other ways when she misbehaves...
She will learn quick smart not to go running to them thinking she can get away with crap.

Oh boy! So random but I'm selling my house and had a couple with 3 kids come look at it. Well their oldest daughter is 5 and she started showing her butt and so. He made her stand at the wall with a penny on her nose. She had to hold the penny against the wall with her nose and stand on her tippy toes! Hagar funniest thing EVER! So gunna try it with the skids!
