Oh happy day!

I am so filled with joy, my friends!!!

Ss14 is gone! I had a freak out Tuesday night because he is so nasty and messy and will not pick up after himself nor will dh. I threw everything in the kitchen away. The dirty dishes, unopened food, everything! Then I find out ss has been keeping dead fish in his room. The house had been stinking to high heaven and no one knew why- now I do, ss was outside entertaining guests during this time. Guests we didn't know where even here. I told dh I was going to a hotel for a few days. Felt I needed to clear my head and think about some stuff. All 3 of my kids begged to go with said they can't be here with ss14. So I go to work the next day- think about it some more and decide a few days isn't going to change anything. I call dh and tell him the kid has to go.

Last night he went to a friends house and just a few minutes ago mil confirmed that she will take him again. Did I mention how filled with joy I am? My dh Did not hesitate to get him out of here. Frankly I think he was waiting for me to put down the ultimatum. Since this was decided yesterday he has been like a new man.

I sincerely hope this lightens his load considerably. I do not think it is a coincidence that my dh started having these problems 4 months ago and ss moved in 4 months ago! It has been incredibly stressful to everyone with ss living here-I cannot even begin to explain how horrible it has been-and dh is finally starting to admit its been horrible for him as well. WE also had his dr's appt for the VA and he is back straightened out on his meds.

Dead fish? Ewww. Were these fish that he caught out fishing and just laid out in his room or goldfish in a bowl? Nasty.

Fish he caught in our lake out back. he wanted dh to clean them and then cook them. Dh told him no-he doesnt do that-he only fishes for sport and throws them back in. He told ss to throw them back in-ss did not like that answer so he took them to his room where he kept them for the next day or so. I guess at some point it smelled so nasty in there he decided to walk out the front door and throw them across the road. I'm sure the neighbors were thrilled.
