Not that I am surprised. It start off bad when SS6 fell at school and cut his head. The called BM and she went and got him, since is was a head wound they had to take him to the hospital. She called FDH AFTER she picked him up and he told her to come get him (he wasn't busy at work and he can't trust her to take him alone, she just stands there and doesn't ask any questions.) She said stuttered and said she had to turn around. I think she hates that BF is so involved now.

SS6 was upset, he hates to be a 'problem' and the thought FDH was mad at him (gee wonder where he get that crazy idea from) SS6 wanted to go with BM and FDH said he could but couldn't spend the night (It's our week to have them and SS6 doesn't sleep well at her house, after a bump on the head he needs sleep) so BM took him, but when I drove by her house (it's on the way into town) she wasn't home. With a head injury he should have been home resting, but SS6 didn't say where they were.

So BM tells FDH that she will be there at 4 to get SS4 for trick or treating (which was from 4 to 8). He said okay per the plan they had set up last week. I got him all ready and BM didn't show up until 4:30. SS4 was dying to go when he saw other kids coming to the door and getting candy. She said they would be gone an hour or so. Which was fine then FDH could take them around the block before it was bed time.

She didn't bring them back until 7, but she didn't take them trick or treating either. Oh and she took their costumes off and kept them (which she bought them so it wasn't a big deal but we didn't even get to see them or get pictures) Instead of trick or treating BM took them to a few friends house and her mom's, then to the dollar store and rounded it off with fast food at her house (which is also what she gave SS6 for lunch).

FDH was not happy, where wasn't even time to take them around the block for some REAL trick or treating. He said next year he wasn't going to let her have them but I reminded him that the CO said Halloween was shared. So it trick or treating is 4 hours they each should get 2 hours. It suck for the kids but what can you do?

I just told FDH to try again next year, and told him that MY future child(ren) will go trick or treating like normal children.
