BM weasels her way out of 1yr in jail and $5000.00 fine. GRRRR

I don't know how she does it everytime. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Every time she gets in trouble, she gtesx away with it.

This time, she was on trial for DV and and something else. We just got a copy of the stipulations. For 18 months, she has to stay out of trouble, and she must complete 1000 hours of community service. REALLY?!?!?!? For assault?!?!?! NO JAIL TIME! NO FINES! Just ANOTHER slap on the wrist and "Be good for 18 months"

I am losing faith in our court system, I keep hoping they will see that the bitch is crazy and each time they let me down. I keep hoping that the state will see that she is unstable, unfit and just insane and they don't. I keep hoping and giving the benefit of the doubt and I'm let down each time.

I know if this was me, with my luck, I would still be in jail!

Their is no justice system. Criminals get away with murder as long as they have a good lawyer.

Hell, they don't even Need good ones. My XH consistently gets away with shit. He's over $37,000 behind in CS and never goes to jail, he just gets a slap. And told " you need to get a job an start paying ".
Then he's out free an still doesn't pay.
