This always makes me smile!

OK.... I am completely new to this site, but I have been reading/venting for a while now. Some things have happened lately and my DH is going, yet again, to have child support reviewed.

Even though he is getting screwed and paying cs with his overtime included I can still smile about something.

In eight years he will no longer pay out cs and his ex will have to get at least a part time job just to make up for what she will be missing from getting no cs on top of her full time job now! We will be keeping the money he pays in child support until we DIE! That always makes me smile when I am pinching pennies to pay bills and she is driving around in her little sports car that can only fit one other child in (even though she has three others).

We have 7 more years and I can't wait till reality hits her.. I've even debating on making one of those christmas link chains, you know where you count down the days till christmas. Could you imagine having one of those hanging in your house and the skids asking what it's for..lmao }:)

That is so funny. I like that idea I have 9 years to go.... The BM i deal with is such a jealous bitter person it is really sick. Just on Monday i took my sd shopping I bought her two new shirts, the bm always has something negative to say for what i do for them. it is a headache...... well anyways your posting is great that is too funny!!! We all should make one of those lol

Never thought of it that way. In our case then we have 5 years to go. And one SS turns 18 in February, we were told he stays on until the school year is done which is June. Smile

I can't wait for that day either! My DH does not pay CS..I DO! Since my son decided to go live with his father (at my urging, because of so many things in our household)... I have had to pay. First of all, I wasn't even thinking this before I urged my son to go to his Dads... so stupid me! My EXH is loaded. I don't say that lightly either. He lives in a very wealthy area of town, his home is valued over $1mm and it's paid off, he makes almost $200k per year, and his parents are gazillionaires..... well me, when I decided to divorce him, I played Ms.Nice... I took hardly anything..as I did really feel bad for him because the divorce was my decision. So me, I make an ok salary... so does my DH..but we have 2 other kids, our house is NOT paid off, my mother will leave me her tupperware when she passes (this is a joke in our family, not meant to sound callous!)... So anyways... I have to pay him! And get this... I have to Pay him and my son still has no new clothes nothing! But every friggen 3 mos. my ExH and his wife go on exotic vacations etc... I wonder who's funding those! It just gets my goat every single time! AND when my son is with me..I still buy him things... I get angry every time I write the cheque! EXH said he's doing me a favor and only taking 1/2 of what I owe him... which is $450/mos... but you know..he needs NONE of it. Anyways... pisses me off.

SD turned 17 in July, so less than a year left for her! (Plus she is getting CS for HER baby as well as state assistance. Not sure how that can be with her still living with BM and SF...? But then again, BM knows how to work the system very well!!)

SS will be 16 in October. The countdown has started many years ago!!

BM now is 4 mo. pregnant and just got married a couple of weeks ago so she'll have her DH to pay child support to her if they get divorced. I had predicted another pregnancy when the kids' CS was ending YEARS ago as well!

My DH said, if she waits a little while and has another one, she'll be set til retirement!! The sad part is, he is not exaggerating too much!

We are ALL DONE! Of course, BM has squandered everything, the house equity, the land sales, the $$ DH gave her...she's a mess. Heather, I feel your pain, your EX is an ass. No good deed goes unpunished.

My SS's CS order just ended when he turned 18 a few weeks ago. So ... we no longer receive CS from the SpermClan. Which is just fine with us. The real win is that our son (my SS) never has to be exposed to the idiocy of the SpermClan again because visitation is no longer in force.

The funny part ..... when SS starts college any time between now and age 22 CS starts again. Ha! }:) AND THERE IS NO MORE VISITATION EVEN IF THE SPERMCLAN HAS TO PAY CS!!!! Woo Hoo!

I forecast long ago that once SS is 18 that the SpermClan will begin hitting up for money and "help" in supporting his three younger also out-of-wedlock half sibs.

Hopefully his mom and I have raised him to be a strong enough young man to not allow himself to be further victimized by the shallow poluted end of his gene pool.

We shall see.

Best regards,
