This is my first post, I am glad to see I am not alone in the way I feel. I've always wondered what was wrong with me for being so annoyed with my stepkids. I have 3 bio kids 20,17 and my husband and I have a 3 yr old. My husbands kids are 11,10 and 8. They come over every other wknd, the boys 10 & 8 hardly say two words to me, unless it's "what's to eat?" the sd 11, is trying everything in her power to move in with us. She comes over sad, miserable, she complains about her mom her stepdad, she doesn't get what she wants from her mom, and she always asks to go shopping with me. I usually take her, but I kinda feel like she is a bit manipulative. The bm married a real jerk, and I am simpathetic, but I really don't want to take in another kid! My dh understands, he got pissed this wknd when his 8 yr old tried to steal my bd cell phone. And the 10yr old tells his mom everytime we buy anything and the cost. I really don't enjoy their visits, I don't know what to do.
