how to keep 50/50 teens from using your house for sex
This is a vile topic for me to even ponder, but now that SS is 16 and driving (his own car...a gift from Disney dad), I had a gross revelation. We have skid 50/50 which always meant he got to our house either on the school bus or via his lovely :sick: mother (when she needed an excuse to check up on us). Skid's mother has an easy breezy job and is home from work by 4 each day. My husband and I on the other hand, work (a lot) and are rarely home before 7pm. It occurred to me that the only place SS can have sex with his mini-biomom girlfriend is at our house. My hubby thinks they sit around and hold hands and write sweet poems together, but I am not such the idiot. Anytime SS wants a cheap (free) hotel to do his nasty business, he knows our house is empty and of course he has the key and now the car. All he has to do is tell his mother he has an after school meeting or project or whatever. Home security cameras? Cover the furniture with plastic? A killer guard dog? Help.

They were NOT that expensive only, only 450.00 for 4 camera's and the recorder, you can hook up to 8 camera's on the system.
Deer trail camera's! WE have several around our yard that takes still photos whenever there is motion, they work indoors as well.
We have scare tactics! "We often discuss slightly within ear shot of the children the camera's"
things like, "Did you hear that big bang upstairs? Well lets look later and see if the camera picked it up"
The kids questioned for years if we had cameras or not.
Now we do because BM stalks us and breaks into our house.

I'm sure I've read on here one person who has changeable locks that they switch out every week so that their stepkid only has access to the house on their weeks.

Agree with some others...make rules very clear! NO VISITORS when parents are not home. It may also not be a bad idea to have nanny cams to catch him, because he will break the rule. Like someone said, if these teens really want to have sex, they will find a way! I'm pretty sure HHB has been sexually active for a while now!

I don't think they wanted to put cameras in his bedroom, just at the house entrance to see who is coming into the house.
You can also get a security
You can also get a security system that alerts you any time someone unlocks your door to enter or opens a window. Then the cameras will come in handy. Have a rule that no girls over if you or your DH aren't there. The second you see on the camera he has his GF over, lock him out.
