Just when I thought I couldn't think any less of BM....
A week or so ago I blogged about how BM wrote a blog declaring herself the most important thing in her life and she's putting herself first blah blah blah...then last night BM called DH to inform him that she has decided to pursue her singing career.
BM used to be able to sing. Now she sounds horrible...probably because she smokes 2 packs a day.
BM doesn't write any music and hasn't done anything beyond singing karaoke(sp?)
She is in her mid 30s at this point I feel like she should put away her childish dreams and focus on actually being a good mom (not just telling people you are) Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I'd feel different if I thought she was really truly musically talented and had a shot at stardom or something but I feel like this is just complete BS.
I'm also ticked at this development because she told SS I was selfish and bad mom because I'm pursuing higher education. But she can go on "tour" and play in bars around the state?
5 more years and then we can move away from this damn place.

yea I don't know. DH had a blank look on his face and said "okay" There was no discussion about a change in parenting time. DH doesn't pay child support and if she gave him custody I don't know that he'd go for child support. She won't pay it. Their CO now says that they are supposed to split ALL necessary medical stuff 50/50, we pay it all. He gives her the receipt and she just throws it away. It's why we won't let SS get braces until we get a good report from the hygienist. We refuse to pay 6000.00 for braces if he's not going to brush his teeth. We know he does it at our house because we make him. But he definitely doesn't do it at BMs.
