I think I might pretend to be stone deaf whilst around SD 12

I want to be a pigeon's picture

I think the only way I can deal with this child of 12 whom lives in my home is to totally ignore her. I am going to have to pretend to be deaf when I hear all the rubbish come out of her mouth, and blind myself to the sight of her.
I am going to leave her to her father once and for all, and not give a rats arse about it anymore.
I will do one thing only and that is plate up her evening meal. If she chooses to eat it with a teaspoon I will not yell like I did last night. I will simply but my blind goggles on and chant... 'Not my monkey not my circus'
Thank you for reading!!!

I do the same...SD9, asks and talks and asks stupid things and I just ignore her, I will sometimes hear questions I don't want to deal with...and walk right out the room like I didn't hear a thing. If she asks me directly for something (like sleep over or cookie or candy or lunch) I say "I don't know what Dad's plans are, maybe you should ask him"
If I had a dollar for every time I said it, I would be a millionaire and it keeps me out of having to deal with it!
