I'm a bitch. I can't stand BM and her crap so this is what she gets.

Court order states that on fridays ss14 does not have school that ouch up will take place at mid-location at 7 pm. Bm typically will pick up SS directly from school but she made a big stink stating it was not safe to meet at a vacant school if school was out.

She texted DH yesterday, prior to her (2 'min) court ordered call with SS stating "see you at 5 at meeting spot". Dh didn't answer.

We will show up tomorrow at 7 pm per the court order. We will not give her a hint as to the correct time to show up. We will not proved her with letters outlining dates and times (that are noted in the court order) moving forward. We are always met with a snarky response when we do. She can't pay her portion of her son's ANYTHING, I am done being nice. She can figure it out in her own.

So... Friday, I anticipate she will begin texting dh by 5:15 asking where he is. Dh will text back stating he will be there at 7, as the court order states. She can stick around the next 1.75 hours to get her son or she can forfeit her time and head home.

Is it mean? Yes. But, please remember this is the woman that has put sugar in dh's gas tank several times, popped his tires, and dh has a ro against her. We've / I've gone out of my way to make it easy and clear for her to have her visitation with her son and all we get in return is a stupid bitch and all her stupid low life comments.

Nothing was to talk about.

This will also be fun in two weeks when SS does not have school on her pick up day. Even though I've shamed her and encouraged her to go in the school office, look in the website, etc, she won't do it. So that day will be similar. She'll drive tj the school for her 3 pm pick up only to find a no school day and that the exchange is supposed to happend 30 miles closer to her house in 4 hours.

How many times do you think she'll need to have this happen till she'll take the responsibility on herself.

I bet twice! Third time she'll get the hang of it... You are doing a great job at keeping her inline, but I wouldn't want to be in your shoes over the next few weeks, it won't be pretty! Good luck.

This also happened on Halloween. School was out at noon. We grabbed SS and dd when they were out (other things came into play but we knew she was not planning on picking up SS on time)

That day she tried to threaten dh that she'd g to the cops. Dh just said, "make sure you tell them you showed up three hours late"

Worst. Mom. Ever.

We follow it precisely. We just have to tell her how it all goes down. We've been sending letters every 6 months outlining everything.

But I'm not doing it any more. So... She can figure it out for herself.

Why cut off your nose to spite your face? This could very well result in the kid staying with you for the weekend.

I don't blame you one bit and we have actually done something very similar but it was for her 4th of July visit. BM actually came that time, but 2 days late and didn't leave with the kids. BM is a show mom or Disney mom as I've been told and even offered DH money to take the kids that day. BM drugged the kids about 2 months before that so I didn't feel bad about it at all.

Why thank you. And yes, I've been told I've got one of the best auto corrects on stalk!

Well dh typically just ignores her. He has a ro against her due to all the violence and vandalism she's done to him. He hates her.

The one that usually insists that SS make sure his mom knows pick up time, or the one that writes a letter but I'm done. I don't care.

Last nigh as we were walking in the house at about 9 pm, SS asks me if he can call his mom real quick to wish her a happy thanksgiving (not hat she bothered to call or text him- even bough his phones been taken away). I just responded that one asn't the one he needed to ask. He didn't bither askig dh.

I'm he one keeping this kid connected to his mom. Before I showed up there was no standard visitation. Bm would just show up as she pleased and would demand to see her son.

It'll be funny tonight when she texts at 5;15 asking where dh and SS are and dh can remind her that court order states 7 pm tonight and he'll see her then.
