An early Xmas gift (and a chance to do the "I told you so" dance before a judge)
We picked up SD today and had a trying day of driving and then making some Xmas cookies. We (my DH and I) were just laying in bed and BM calls.
SHES MOVING BACK TO OUR HOMETOWN!!!
She won primary residency in October after convicing the judge that she is stable and that her boyfriend and mom will take care of her and a billion other lies. Now they just broke up and shes moving back. She wants the access changed to 50/50 so we are going back to court. We will also be trying again for primary residency and the judge will not be able to fall for her shit so easy this time because we get the same judge as the trial judge. She's really messed this up and my SD just may have the chance now for a noraml childhood growing up with her brother or sister... whichever is brewing in my belly right now.
I TOLD YOU SO!!!
Wish us luck. This little girl has soo much potential that is wasted with her mother. I hope BM has wisened up and will let this be less nasty then the last fight.

Aw Thetis, I'm so glad to hear that you'll be having SD back in your life again. Hopefully it'll be the same sweet little girl that you grew to love. Sometimes when we no choice but to allow things to happen the way they are, they have a way of working itself back out to the way it should be.

We'll have her EOW again
We'll have her EOW again starting after xmas. And we are dragging BM back to court. The judge said he was "torn" when we were in there last time and now she has proven that she lied about everything. So hopefully we'll have residency so munchkin doesn't have to go through losing everyone and moving to another town again.
