Has this always been the sleep routine? What does your DW say about it? Does she WANT to change it or is she quite happy with it? (well, other than when it pisses you off)

I think ive seen posts about this from you before but Im not 110% sure so sorry if Im asking questions others have already.

I've touched on the subject before on here. She isn't happy with it but skids (love.them very much) are defient lil terrors and its easyer for her to do it that way. She has made them sleep,by themselves but lacks consistancy.i talked to her about it she says we will try.some new methods so we will see ..

Ugh. I really feel for you there. I wouldn't tolerate a sleeping arrangement like that. Kids love routine, and whatever is laid out for them is what they'll expect. It won't be easy, but the sooner she stops this, the easier it will be to adopt a new routine. The longer it lasts, the harder it will be to change it. She's teaching them that they are the boss of the situation, and it will bleed into other areas as well.

They think they are the boss of everything and she is trying to stop that but messes up with follow through. She held to herbguns last night and after a very unpleasant 30 minutes of crying and yelling they finLly went to bed by themselves. Amazing I actually had time with my wife.

I would tell my SO, "If you ever want to have a sex life with me again, you will STAY in bed and not attend to crying children wanting attention at 2 am!!!"

That might work better for gals than men though.....put on your sexiest boxers and say "come and get it honey!!!!"

Lmao right. Its not infants or 1 year olds.. Lol its a 5 year old(tomorrow is her bday) and a 4 in 2 months.shiiit when I was 5 I slept by myself. Hopefully she sticks with it. I really was happy last night having my wife in bed with me...a married couple in their own bed TOGETHER what a revelation

If I were you, I'd threaten to go nudist at 30 minutes post bedtime, so if the kids don't want to be seeing you naked, they'd better learn to stay in bed Blum 3
