speaking of laundry wars i have one of my own.
First I want note I've never been a June cleaver if any kind.
So anyway I do keep my hone clean though. However I have a problem with not putting laundry away. Ill put it the basket and leave it in the living room thinking if I see it ill put it up. LOL
My Dh has a habbit of digging through it to get his clothes but leaves clothes every where.
So any way about 2 weeks ago the hot water heat went out and the ins. Guy came to look at. Well I only had maybe 30 mind to make my home look like I keep it immaculate so dh took the clothes and threw them in the skids room on their bed.
So yesterday dh says 'YOU need to put all those clothed away before Fri. B/c the skids shouldn't have to put up with them.' I started laughing so hard I barely could get a word out.
I told him we both gave full time jobs and run our business plus thus week a friend is going through something really bad and we are taking turns with her. I don't have the effing time any more than you do. OK I tell you what ill get my clothes and you get yours! LOL
They are still sitting in their room and I won't have time tomorrow as ill be at my friends. LOL

Aw, what a delightful
Aw, what a delightful suggestion. Um, when you both work full time, there's this thing called "division of labor". You take the labor, then you divide it. Start by showing him where the socks go. Work your way up from there.
"The skids shouldn't have to put up with....." I'd put a stop to that shit RIGHT MEOW.
I want to clearify that all
I want to clearify that all the clothes are just mine and dh. The skids don't have clothes at our house.
Long story but that was the skids choice not mine.
At that point, I'd put mine
At that point, I'd put mine up, and then DH could do his own damn laundry for a while.
I have an aversion to putting up laundry, too. Lol! Washing, drying, and folding is not an issue usually. Just the putting away part. Unfortunately, DH is the same way. There are times we hold out until one gets tired of it and sucks it up.
We're pretty evenly divided on it, though.
I try put laundry away as
I try put laundry away as soon as it's done, otherwise it will forever fester in the place I leave it - I handle all laundry in the house, mine, SO, skids, and BD, plus all the household laundry (towels, sheets, etc). My SO does other things so I really don't mind, I choose to make it my responsibility as otherwise it won't be done to my standards
but I know if I don't put it away immediately I end up procrastinating forever, so I usually have a few stern words with myself and promise myself a reward (chocolate!) afterwards.
It's a bit like paperwok, pick it up once and deal with it straight away otherwise it ends up sat around forever, at least in my house
