Yesterday SS8 got to go with his dad and friends all day to a Lego convention and a nice dinner out. Apparently Ss8 asked so many times the same questions of "can I " and didn't listen to his Dad (as usual) and dad grounded him today and said keep it up and you'll be grounded the rest of the week. Ha !

Today he's had to learn his to load the dishwasher. He had to break down all the recycling boxes and do laundry. Clean the kitchen counters and floor.

I'm proud of SO. He hasn't been putting up as much with his fake baby crap. He said "no act your age". He's teaching him how to make sandwiches.

We also have some time planned now for us to go out of town alone. This month.

Last night after I came home from being out w friends I ignored SO just bc I didn't care to hear his shit. I was happy and felt more myself then I have in a while. Pretty sure he noticed.

We've been using our code word /phrase today when SS8 starts giving me evil looks and SO has had my back and it's working atleAst today!! He's on it.

So a happier report than yesterday. Excited about progress. I was also given the ok to call SS8 out and not edit for SO to notice. SS8 kept interrupting is eating and I'd say the code word. Then he was trying to talk over me over and over and I turned looked at him and sternly said "someone else is talking ". SO said 2 ppl are talking SS8 shut up stomped off and kicked over the internet router and he's now grounded tomorrow. Ha. If it's broken he has to pay for it.
