OT-Happy Monday!

I'm really excited and wanted to put a little "happy" on the board this morning. I got engaged last night! We have already been living together for quite awhile, and Scooty already calls me her Stepmom, but now it's a little more official! Hope everyone has a good day! Smile

Proposal details:
We went to dinner at The Melting Pot (a very nice fondue restaraunt) had a three course meal and lots of wine! This restaraunt is in a place called "The Riverwalk" on the Arkansas River. (We live
in Tulsa, OK) It was nighttime, the stars were out, and nice and warm. We went for a walk on the river to "walk off our food". He was wearing a Blazer, and did a great job of hiding a bag from me! We sat down on a bench and he pulled out speakers to hook up to his phone and started playing "Promises" a song from the movie Henry Poole Is Here. And then pulled out a couple of wine glasses and a bottle of my favorite bubbly (Banfi's Rose Regale). Then he continued to pull out a little black box and get down on one knee...and the rest is history so to speak! Wink

Wedding Details:
We're planning a cruise. The ceremony will actually be on the beach in Montego Bay, Jamaica on 1/12/11. Our friends and family will be there (atleast it's sounding like they will)so i'm very fortunate to get my dream wedding!
