DSS and Ms. Timberlake

So DSS refused to tell FDH what entitlements his son was on or why they were pursuing him for child support even after he showed them he was the custodial parent.

I filled out an anonymous form on their website reporting BM for fraud.

On the Writ of Summons she said her income is $0. I just now got her to admit via email that she works 7-3 five days a week. I weasled it out her under the guise of plan the holiday schedule.

I think she is so stupid she doesn't realise she is commiting fraud.

He has him 52%, plus she never came to any of the custodial hearings. The benefits aren't the biggest problem though. The biggest problem is now DSS (social services) thinks FDH is a deadbeat dad and is taking him to court. I honestly am starting to think she thought they would just say "Oh you don't work, here have some free money." She turned FDH in just to get her benefits and probably thought nothing would come of it. They make them file for support or they can't get benefits.

I just spent thirty minutes emailing her pretending I was FDH ( he was sitting there to, but I am better at this than him) and got her to admit to working one full time job for 40 hours a week as well as a PRN job.
