Why do these POS BM's get away with everything?
My skids weren't at school today. Again. Apparently the babbbbbby kept BM up all night, and after Tuesday's morning irritation, stepdad didn't feel like taking them to school. So they just stayed home. Even when she got up she didn't feel like taking them to school.
That's 5 absences now, only one of which they were really sick. *sigh*
You know, when I had my BD eons ago, I got up and had to go to school the next week to take my final exams (in college), WITH STITCHES.
But just because BM spawned, she can't even roll out of bed, take the kids (who get THEMSELVES up and get THEMSELVES dressed and get THEMSELVES breakfast), drive them to school, and go back home?
Oh and god forbid DH offer to take them because she's too freaking lazy. You'd think the world was coming to a damn end...
I'm just so SICK of her excuses and her bullshit and her games. I'm sick of her playing the victim and everyone sucking it up and letting her get away with this crap..

Our BM has proven to be lazy,
Our BM has proven to be lazy, but on the other hand she's also proven to be a manipulative biotch.
The kids go to school under our address and under DH's name per the last court order. She moved across the city and disenrolled the kids from our schools, we had to do a whole bunch of crap to get them back in our schools.
So now they are late all the time, and ever since she got prego (and subsequently had the baby), if she just doesn't feel like taking them to school, she doesn't.
Would contacting a truancy officer work even if the kids report our addy and DH is listed as their contact? Even though BM is responsible (haha) for getting them to school three to four days a week vs our one to two?
Just knowing her character I have to wonder if she's not doing it on purpose so if we force the issue, she can play her stupid victim card that it's toooooo hard for her and knowing the judge's around here, they'd fall for her bullshit and make the kids go to her schools, their opinions be damned. Grrr....
