What do you wear when you work out? Do you like to sweat and wear sweats and long sleeves? Do you prefer loose-fitting or body-skimming clothes?
No long, flowing pants. Last night, I caught my toe in the hem of my lounge/palazzo pants and took a header into the love seat. Poetry in motion, baby!
It's Tuesday again, STalkers! How goes the toning? I looked in the mirror and realized that, in a swimsuit, I look like a potato: pasty white and round with splashes of color in the middle. Just the look I was striving for....NOT!!!
I went to the doctor and stepped on the dreaded scale (after removing my 50-lb boots and 20-lb wallet). Turns out I have actually lost 6.5 pounds. Surprise!!! Since I am still NOT working out and am constantly exhausted, I have to attribute that to my on-the-fly breakfast substitute: a protein shake.

I'm going to change it up a little bit and talk about healthy FOOD. Specifically, food substitutes. We all know there are tons of foods out there that are BAD for us. Foods we feel guilty about eating - especially after "I can't believe I ate the whote thing". Foods that are our guilty pleasure (put that Girl Scout Thin Mint DOWN!!!).
