Hi All,
Well, you can probably tell by the title, I am day late, and dollar short. I seem to be fighting furiously with this stinking dermatitis. It either itches very badly or it's blistering and burning. I don't know what's worse. But I have a doctor's appointment first thing in the morning, thankfully. I am trying to hard to control myself and not scratch, like mind over matter. And it's damned difficult.
My day was spent cleaning up after my 15 year old poodle who has decided to screw with me twice today and made a mess in his crate and then tonight on my kitchen floor. So, I've been cleaning all day and mopping floors. Isn't that fun? I feel like a stepchild. Smile LOL Our little greyhound puppy is now six months old and recovering from his broken leg. He is still favoring the leg and has stiffness in it but does some limited running for short times. We have restricted the amount of time that he can run so he doesn't overdo it. And our five year old fawn male, is a real firecracker. And a hell of a digger. But, he has the most beautiful expressive eyes, so how can you be mad at him for digging a hole? Some of my new roses came today from the mail order catalog. I got a really good deal ordering roses later in the season.
So I got Wild Blue Yonder, Hot Cocoa, and Double Knockout. Now, if I can only get my hands better so I can go back to my garden. The weather is warming up here in GA, supposed to be back in the 90's this weekend. And I am ordering a hat that has UV materials in it to block the rays as I am extremely susceptible. At that rate I'm going, it's a wonder I don't wrap myself in foil, or a giant garbage bag. Smile Sorry, to those of you who don't appreciate or understand my stupid humor.
Well, I hope that I have good news or something positive to report from the doctors tomorrow--like maybe I got some help. Keep me in your thoughts as I keep all of you in my prayers. Enjoy your stepchildren and try to forget the bios-they are hazards.
Take care.
Regards,
Sweetie
