so oss graduated, i'm very proud of him! he did invite dumb@$$ after all, so i'm glad for that too.

so saturday a.m dh tells me we were going to carpool w/ MIL and FIL, as they had a parking pass to get into the facility's parking lot. i said "i'd rather walk." but after thinking about it and seeing the look on his face, i said "for you, i will."

then the phone rings and magically oss has a "flat tire" so he's riding over with friends, we can have his parking pass. after hanging up, dh tells me that she is so full of $#it, he's sure she just didnt want me in the car with her. he was beyond pissed that she cant get over herself and the bull$#it she started four years ago about me, and here i was willing to do it for him but she couldnt.

so we go to the ceremony, dh and i were sitting alone which was lovely. he got up to run to the bathroom before it started, and i see this person walk past who looked vaaaaaguely familiar. no, it couldnt be... is that? no... YUP IT IS HER! OMG she looks awful!!!! it took her three times walking past for me to realize it WAS dumb@$$. even the structure of her face has changed, it's creepy.

i hadn't laid eyes on here in probably over a year. but dear LORD almighty she looked like Achmed the Dead Terrorist but with half the jaw missing. like an anorexic, bug-eyed, pockmarked stroke victim who was hugging herself the whole time.

after the ceremony, everyone was gathered around oss taking pictures and whatnot. dh waved me over for a picture of him and i with oss - FIL said "yeah yeah a nice family picture!" *gigglesnorts* i know she heard that comment, cuz she started mumbling for a few minutes then walked away. i mean like left, left. didnt even say goodbye to her children or her parents. dh said he heard some of her mumblings and the last thing she said was "i cant do this i gotta get outta here."

yesterday, awesome aunt called dh for a ride. she said she'd asked MIL the day before but she never showed up or answered her phone or text. so dh took care of her. later on she called dh back, to say MIL just now responded (3 hours later) "oh i just now saw your call." she asked to talk to me, we chatted for a few minutes then she says "sorry i'm still very pissed at his momma (MIL), she's being a pisshead! i asked him if she treated you nice at oss's graduation and he said she did. but if she didnt she'd be hearing it from me, i tell you!" lol i love her

on a side note, dh said something the other day that cracked me up. kaos was at his friend's house, dh's phone rings - "yup. uh huh. that's fine son." and he hangs up, turns to me, rolls his eyes and says "brace yourself, chaos ensues in t-minus-one hour."
