I can't wait for all this court crap to be done! DH is up to his ears in things to do to prepare and everyday it's something new and even more gross and obnoxious as the day before. Mom took SS to their last two well check visits. DH was looking up their records, she put that parents are divorced and SS lives with mother and brother only. No mention of DH and made it seem like he wasn't in the picture even though they have 60/40 physical and 50/50 legal custody and DH is an extremely involved dad. Guess who will be going to every single well check now! He couldn't go in 2019 because she conveniently scheduled it when he was out of town for a business trip and 2020 they would only allow one parent so she took him.
Oh and she claims all sorts of abuse from Dh but under concerns for SS wellbeing she put "none" ummm thank you very much for that!! No kidding you have no concerns! Because you are a pathological LIAR!
My god if she only knew how many lies we have documented with proof! Lol!! Oh she did put that he is in therapy for "mom and dad's recent divorce" they have been divorced since 2016!!! Lol!

BM here did that when she put SS in private school behind DH's back. We got the application she wrote and she had put that DH "abandoned her and SS", even though they had 50/50 custody. lol. What a shitshow that was - the school tried to block DH from getting any information. It's all part of their victim mentality.

Keep documenting everything, it looks like you guys are already doing that. BF no longer receives information from the school, somehow he has been locked out of DS' student information and he cannot reset it.
BF was Kicked out of being a soccer coach (He was a coach for YEARs) a week before BM had him arrested. NO explanation from the league, just a notice that he was “no longer needed.” HOW CONVENIENT…
He was also kicked out of the doctor’s information page to see DS’s medical information (password and user ID have been changed and he cannot reset it). All evidence has been printed up for the attorney. These women are out of their minds!!!!
