My ex has signed over his rights so my husband can adopt my daughter. Several courts from neighboring cities have put up packets or you can pick up packets of all the papers needed to file on your own. Springfield, Greene county does nit and will not tell you what forms you need. Can anyone tell me what forms I need to file with the specific consent to adopt papets.
