So we got a letter the other day, the basics of it is that the proceedings are being moved to another court, closer to my SD5. 

But they've put something in there I don't understand and can't find anything about. 

It's says it's because: child's jurisdiction - for gatekeeping. 

I don't get what that means. 

Can someone shed some light on this please.
