Is it even worth the headache to try to claim SS every other year on taxes? BM claims him every year along with the other child she has by another man....my DH pays CS and carries SS on his health insurance although during their divorce 10 years ago....he didn't ask to claim SS every other year. Would it be worth the time, money and head ache to take BM to court for this as I KNOW she will not willingly agree to sign the legal documents without a fight! If there is a chance this would be ruled in DH favor that would make my day! I would love to see the look on BM face! She thinks she knows everything there is to know about the legal system....however she is sadly mistaken...
