My b.f ex-wife stole my marriage certificate and late husbands death certificate. What do I need to do to protect myself from identity theft? She stole it on her sons birthday. I'm going to make a police report on it and notify the DMV. Then bring this up in court because we do have video of her coming to the house.

Yes, she was at my home. The title from my car was also stolen and a document from social security. She was at my home July 18, 2020 and has been the only person in my house on the second floor unspervised. I don't have video from that day. I only have photos that she was inside my home. I already collected life insurance and am getting social security.
