If someone must go before a local court for "No operator's license" is that the same thing as driving with out a license? Or does it mean that one was simply pulled over and did not have their driver's license on their person? I am confused and this did not happen to me. It is on the local court site for BM2 so does this mean she can not drive legally? She pleaded no contest if that helps. Anyone know? Thank you! :?

just call the court and ask. no biggie. but make sure you dont ask directly about bm in particular, make it clear u are just wanting to know what that particular charge means.
