Contempt of court-to file or not to file

BM is court-ordered to restrict her friend access to SS due to his criminal record. She has been found in contempt of court once already and has continued to violate the order. I'm wondering if we should notify the court or try to use the information as leverage to get her to agree to a parenting time plan (which is what she's currently fighting). Any thoughts? If we did this, how could we hold her to it, especially since she's so prone to violations? We don't really want her to be put in jail or fined, but she acts like the court order is just a friendly suggestion. Any ideas would be appreciated!! Thanks! Smile

This would not be to "get back" at her. As I said, our goal would not be too punish her, but the continued violations are really concerning. If she's willing to knowingly violate this court order multiple times, how can we trust her to follow any laws or court orders?
