my fiance won residential custody in court on tuesday morning, bm is pissed so she went and took the sd14 same day. today sunday night and she still returned her. the visitation schedule wasnt defined well so the police cant do anything but well-visit checks. they did one on thursday nite and sd14 was fine. how long do we let this go on for? bf told bm to bring her back, but nothing. he thinks that her idiot actions this week just help us build a case for full custody and very limited visitation for the next court date.....what do you all think? how long should we really let this go on for?
