OT - Tone-up Tuesday

Life is cuh-razy, too much is going on, and you don't have time to get to the gym.

Got 5-6 minutes? 

Here are some workouts you can do anywhere, any time.

WORKOUT #1
Do each exercise for one minute. Rest 15 seconds between each activity.

 

WORKOUT #2
This workout is based on repetition. Perform 12 repititions of each exercise. Repeast the sequence as many times as possible in 5 minutes.

  • Jump lunges
  • Jump squats
  • Push-ups
  • Bicycle crunches

 

WORKOUT #3
Complete each exercise for 1 minute.

  • Jumping jacks
  • High knees
  • Jack squats
  • Plank jump backs
  • Standing oblique twists

 

WORKOUT #4
Do 30 seconds of each exercise and repeat until 5 minutes are up.

  • Push-ups
  • Plans
  • Dips
  • Squats

 

If anything, just MOVE! Put on some music and BOOGIE, BABY!

Summer exhausts me - heat removes my will to do more than breathe. I'm much more energized in WINTER!
