Last night, STBX and I were talking about my job prospects (I have decided that as soon as I get a new job back in NY, I am leaving). I am hoping to get something at a university so that I can get my master's free w/ tuition reimbursement and have a few good prospects, but last night I was just kind talking outloud and said something about how maybe I will stay here in PA if I can get a job in academia here (right now I am in pharmaceutical communications). Anyway, he about flipped when I mentioned staying here and he said that he can't live here in the same town as me.
I have a question. BM needs therapy. How can we make this happen? BM continues to believe that BF is only doing the things he is doing to be vindictive. She calls us sick and twisted for trying to get custody and blames us for all of her problems. You all know how crazy this woman is. How do you go about getting family-based therapy? Is it something that is done through the court, or a mutual decision by both bio-parents? Will the cost be split between us evenly?
Well if you read my help blog you would have heard about the first incident, the sencond happened easter thursday, she again came to get the kids and got out of her car came stompin to the door. i opened the side window and said the kids are on their way out you can go back to your car (where she is suppose to wait) and sshe started f..u i am not going back to my car.
not wanting a repeat of the week before i said dont make me come out there...she said come on b.....get out here then.

Just got the new issue of Oprah. In Dr. Phil's column, a letter was submitted by the 2nd wife about the SD who does not acknowledge her...very interesting answer. SD did not include 2nd wife on her wedding invitation...Dr. Phil said husband should stand up to SD & make her respect SM & the marriage. SD doesn't have to like SM, but needs to respect her..put the responsibility on DAD!!! Glad to hear it!!! Even provides a script to d/w husband. Good read!
I thought you guys might want an update as to how the court date went over BM's order of protection on BF. BM didn't have a lawyer, just like last time. I guess she felt like she didn't need representation because her story was enough. But, like last time, the judge didn't buy her story. He let her ramble on and on about all the mistakes BF has ever made in his life and the fact that she is a victim and the world's perfect mother, then politely informed her that none of that really mattered today.
Hi my name is Lilly and I have been married for 5 years and have a son from a previos marriage. My husband also has a son from previous marriage. This is the situation, his son is 8 and is the kind of kid who cries for everything, even when we tell him to pick his clothes from the bathroom.
Speaking of all we do for our SC's, where is the BM when things go bad? My youngest SS was really sick 2 days ago and I, as the SM, was the one to check his fever, give him medicine, run his bath water, clean up his puke, wash the items he vomitted on and stay up half the night worring that he would be okay. The BM, of course, wouldn't have a thing to do with it. The SS wanted to talk to his great grandparents (her grandparents) and tell them how felt and her response was, "thank god I didn;t have to deal with it." Excuse me?

My stepdaughter has been out of town for the week visiting her mother.....I was just in her room putting clean sheets on her bed and I saw a notebook (hidden under the mattress). The notebook was open to a page that said in big letters "KATHY IS A M*THERF*CKING BITCH". That would be me.
Against my better judgement, I picked up the notebook and read it (I know....violation of privacy...I know). I wish I hadn't read it.....a few excerpts:
