I hate what my DH is going through. SD has come to live with us, and this has affected H and myself and our careers. So we have decided to go after BM for child support. But he's on the phone with her right now and just by his conversation I can tell that she is fighting him on everything - including SD's health insurance, which is the absolute BEST health insurance we can get. One monthly payment and no co-pays - for doctor visits, or prescriptions or anything!! You can't get better than that! I hate this feeling and I hate that she doesn't want to pay.
would stay in their SKs lives if you and their parent split up? Please also say how long you have been in their lives when you answer 
so things have been pretty calm recently except once a week bm calls my fh to yell about something ss is saying. Last week it was that ss said his daddy doesnt love him and sm and daddy fight all the time (not true we dont in front of ss, if we do) He supposedly told this to mil, who we no longer speak to. However, 2 weeks ago, ss told me that mil was saying that myself and my mother were bad and not to be nice to us. when fh tells bm, she says oh no i dont believe that, xmil wouldnt do that.
DH has been talking about getting BM out of the picture for a while now. She's been an energy sucker the entire time we've been together.
I am upset because I have lost some dreams of mine because of her terrible influence in our lives.
Healing is so painful.......I thought I would be happy, but I realized my intentions were impure, I wanted to show her that no matter how times she controlled my husband by waving the kids in face like a carrot, in the end I was going to win!

My youngest son will be home in one week. I'm so happy I could burst. It's been over a year since I've seen him. Now I'll have my family together the way it should be.
When I got home yesterday there were two letters from CAS, one for DH and one for SD!!!!!!! In January, the last time SD saw her mother she hit SD and SD told CAS that and they didn't believe her. By the looks of things they are doing their investigations like this...we tell them something...they ask BM and if she says no that's it. Nice.
BM's due with her second child in a few months. She's been seeing this guy for a couple of years. DH asked her if they're getting married, she said she doesn't know. BM said that SD used to call the future baby names (she's stopped lately). Before, SD told me that it was okay for US (DH and I) to have a baby, but not her mom.
My new pic is what my bumper sticker migth look like except the lady bug would be on the side. You see, she calls herself Lady-Bird and has a tattoo of one on her foot. We of course like to joke that the name of the dog on King of the Hill is Lady Bird-tooo funny ha ha ha ha ha.
