Child support ended- in-laws visit

zerostepdrama's picture

YSD graduated over the weekend and DH is now done with CS. I really can't believe that I survived this long to see this day happen. LOL.

There was minimum graduation and in-laws visiting drama.

Thursday night DH confirmed that SIL, MIL and SIL 2 small children would be arriving at our house at 6:00am on Saturday, they would get ready for graduation and then they would get a hotel. DH seemed 100% fine with this so I didn't question it or bring anything up.

This week...will cause me to drink more then normal- VENT

I'm already done with this week...

On Sunday my sweet Lilly cat who I have had for 15 years and is 17 years old started acting funny. Lethargic, kind of out of it, etc. So yesterday morning she ate some food but threw it all back up and then some right before I leave for work. Thankfully it was on the mat right outside of her litter box. Not thankfully was that I still managed to drip it all over the carpet when I was carrying it outside to rinse off. Last night noticed she hadn't ate or drank much and she was still sleeping a lot and just out of it.

Some Mother's Day Funnies for you- Cheating and Food Stamps

I hope that everyone had a good mother's day. I know that the day can be hard on some of you. (((HUGS)))

DH is notorious for being an ass on MD. Not sure why. However he held out until right before I was going to be bed to be an ass. So nothing like getting pissed off right before bed. But since he waited until night time I do have to say that is some improvement from previous years.

Has anyone else been following this story? I have followed it since the beginning and found it very interesting (for lack of better word in regards to the victims).

I was shocked when he wasn't convicted for the deaths of the 2 men from the club. Then his suicide was even more shocking and then the allegations of him being gay.

I also wonder how his fiance stood by him this whole time, in the trials it doesn't sound like he treated her very well- cheating on her, etc. It sounded like she just went with the flow and didn't question him at all about anything.

If YSD asks for graduation money one more time...

zerostepdrama's picture

Awhile ago YSD sent DH a text and said that she needed $100 from him for her graduation stuff, that the total was $200. DH gave her the $100.

Fast forward, she again asks for $. I told DH- hold up, what does she need more money for? So we shoot out an email to the school and confirm that nothing is owed that would get in the way of her graduating- getting her diploma.

So fast forward again. YSD sending texts saying she needs the $ and that BM can't help her because she's helping OSD (Whose married, 2 kids and pregnant again). This time she needs $60.

And so it begins....

DH hasn't seen OSD in about a year even though she has been living back in our state for the past few months.

I think it has to do with DH not liking her DH who is abusive, a druggie and thief. DH didn't reach out to her and she didn't reach out to him.

DH finally did reach out to her to let her (and the other skids) know that MIL and SIL were in town for a bit and that they could all meet up, which they did.

So they meet up at Super Fun Center for about 2 hours.

Last night the texts start from OSD:

Grandson is crying for you.

Avoiding the in-laws today

MIL and SIL (and little niece who I actually adore) are driving through our state. First it was that they were going to stay the night, then they were just going to stop through so they could rest then it was that they were going to meet for lunch.

DH invites skids to meet up. I know that OSD responded back that yes she was planning on going. (DH has not seen OSD in close to a year and OSD hasn't seen MIL and SIL in over 6 years, not that it matters... just putting it out there).

House buying and selling

zerostepdrama's picture

We bought our house when it was a major buyers market. The house sat vacant for 2 years and we got a GREAT deal.

Overall the house is great for what our mortgage payment is. It's cheaper then if we rented a 2 bedroom townhouse. Lots of space, storage, etc. There are a lot of "pros" to the house.

One of our main issues with the house is that there is not a garage. We thought about building a garage ourselves. That was initially our plan until our neighbors sold their house.

Apparently the housing market is booming in our area and it's a sellers market.
