Question

How do you feel about this? How much authority should a FULL time SM have with her skids that she is actively raising. Say skids see BM every other weekend and that is all. BM does not come to school functions, DR appts, ect? SM does ALL of the mom things.

Should BM still have a greater say about the kids than SM? Should SM just raise the kids and keep her mouth shut and defer to the mostly absent BM?

Fried Turkey.

Has anyone fried a turkey?

We bought a butterball indoor electric turkey fryer a few weeks ago. LOVE IT! We fried a chicken in it. Dressed it just like you would a turkey for frying and it was amazing.

Really? Just really!

Oh good grief…how is this possible? Our government is so stupid.

So I just found out that SS is getting an early release from the military for a medical issue that just surfaced 2 months ago. (IMHO…made up.) No one can prove it is an illness or not. (No I can’t/wont, go into details.) But needless to say, he is just freaking fine. He will get 100 percent disability, for the rest of his life which will bring him about 40 grand a year. WTF?

Arrest Record

So is there really any free site to find out someones arrest record. Apparently SS just got arrested but he keeps changing the story as to why he was arrested. And apparently he was arrested back in 2013. I found the case number on that but can’t find a site to tell me what it was about.

I have tried all kinds of sites but once you put in all the info, they want you to put in a credit card. I don’t want to know that bad. lol

Netflix and Amazon Prime. (not spam) lol

A while back there was a blog about what to watch on Netflix and Amazon prime. I want to thank whoever said Parenthood and Raising Hope. OMgoodnes. Raising Hope was hilarious and Parenthood was just awesome! Cried through that whole series. Not because it was sad…it was just so emotional. In a good way.

But now I am done with both of those.

I did watch the first season of Stranger Things and it was really good!

Any more suggestions?

Grand Skid....

Soooo…We just found out yesterday that SS is going to have a baby. I am not happy about this and I feel like a shit.

First let me preface this with I have not been around BM (nor has she been involved in our lives) for about 4-5 years. We all had to be around her about a week ago and she is still just a giant snot. Still tries to make DH look like a bad father. Just crazy!

Just curious....

How many of you mothers, would move away from your kid for $20,000 per year. Lets break that down a bit. $14000 after taxes.

Could you move off with a new DH and his kids and leave YOUR kids with their dad? All for $14000 per year?

If you could not do it for $14000. Is there and amount that you could or would, leave your kids?

I used to be so mellow…I guess as I get older somethings start to bother me more.

I used to only have ONE pet peeve. Taking gods name in vain. It has always made my skin crawl.

But noooooow, I have a few more. Please feel free to add.

O/T - Debate

So anyone watching the debate tonight? I don't normally do the debates but this year there are so many running that I don't even know much about some of them. So hoping this will help. ugh

Sooo....

I heard about a BM.
1). She only fed the kids fast food.
2). She lived off of CS.
3). She always sent crappy clothes when they went to stay with Dad for visitation.
4). She would just let the kids skip school several time a year.
5). Her kids were always at BMs mom and dads house.
6). ). She PASd her kids to where the point where they will not talk to their Dad at all.
And much more like the things you hear most SM complain about here.
