I know I am! And my allergies are kicking my butt. Anyone have any advice on that? This is a new thing for me. 44 years old and NOW I get allergies.
My head just feels heavy, my ears hurt, my throat hurts, Not a real bad hurt, but enough to annoy me. I have terrible post nasal drip. I tried a few things, and they helped a bit, but the meds then knock me out. Even if it says non drowsy. grrr
Maybe you should let them knock you out and get some thorough rest? Get those thick anti-sun drapes and just close yourself off in bed for the day. That is my dream...
