I've signed at least 3 of these in the last 2 years. Do they actually do anything?

I don't mean to suggest that it's pointless to try. I know there has to be effort to make a difference, & I did sign. I just wonder if they do any good.

Good idea, but I don't trust this current regime any farther than I can throw it. All the rantings and speeches by Obama about how dad has to "step up" when dad is being PUSHED AWAY leave little to be desired.

I'll wait until after the 2012 elections. Wink

I agree with that. I'll wait until after the elections. I'm looking forward to those Smile

What I really think would help is if we had politicians on the state and national levels who were/are dads who have had to deal with PAS. I also think it would help if some of our politicians were people who suffered from PAS as kids but realized that a lot of falsehoods were told to them about their alienated parent.

I've signed multiple ones also. I'm just at a point where I really don't know what to do anymore. You can't afford to fight legally, so what are we supposed to do? I don't mean to sound sarcastic either, but it's simple and doesn't cost anything so what can it really hurt?

I'm so tired of seeing my step-children from a distance as a spy. They are out of control and there is no telling what's going to happen next.

I also have to deal with it, with my son. He had a baby with a woman who kept him from the child until the courts became involved. My Grandon is almost 3 and I haven't even met him yet.
