Do we have to inform BM about everything?

SS fell while running at our house and broke his glasses. He had maybe 2 scratched in his hand from falling but no serious injuries .. The glasses were replaced... DH didn't Inform BM that the glasses got broke, the SS fell running, or that the glasses had been replaced ... BM sends DH a text today "could you resend the text that SS fell running and broke his glasses & that you had to replace them"... I'm just saying he wasn't hurt and the glasses were replaced so what does it matter if he didn't tell her.

I would respond with "Glasses broke, I replaced them." She does not need all the details but if she has contributed to the glasses or is involved in his care etc then it would be polite to at least let her know they were replaced. Because she could use the same tactic with you. Just saying....

Scratches etc are not notifiable offences so on that issue I wouldn't respond.

If the child had been hurt or needed to go the the dr for the fall he most def would have told her. Yes she helped pay for the glasses. However she didn't text DH 2 weeks ago when they couldn't find the kids glasses.. Which they foundater at wal mart

Meh. I wouldn't respond NOW, but yeah, your DH probably should have sent her a message at some point. Now it just looks like he's hiding things, or not taking the kid's well being seriously. Remember that BM and DH have a lot of baggage, she's seeing things through the prism of all the crap that made them split up in the first place, not from your viewpoint of "he's a great guy".

Bm has always been notified if dr visits, Er visits.. Blah blah ... She manages to cause a fuss in Dr offices and emergency rooms .. DH walked into we when he got a called about SS fell and broke his arm .. Walked in and she went crazy screaming she wanted him removed.. Had already fed them lies bc security was waiting .. DH handed security the court order that says he has every right to be there . Come to find out she told the dr he fell out of his bed at our house and we wouldn't get up when he came to us... Social services came to our house to talk to the kid and he said I fell at my moms boyfriends house playing ball ..

Yet we need to say hey he fell and broke his glasses and we got them fixed ?
