Haven't seen this guy, I'll call "Elmer" in YEARS! Not since I was attending the skid's phone-it-in sporting events. Seems like everyone that marries into the Girhippo's clan comes down with a case of Stockholm Syndrome. "Elmer," who was Battleaxe's 2nd husband, followed Battleaxe Galactica around for YEARS after getting divorced--they have no children together. Same thing with Battleaxe's 1st husband--Girhippo's biodad--his ex-wife the eevill SM still tries to be friends with the Girhippo clan!

Our Bios Aren't Perfect

Yep I know a lot of us SMs may sound like our bios are perfect in comparison to our skids. And for the most part that is pretty accurate as it's all in the parenting.

I will admit my grown DD and her husband frustrated me recently. They moved to Southern PA. Their original house is an hour away from me here in NY. They COMPLETELY underestimated the size and quantity of moving vans leaving a LOT of stuff back at the old house.

What a surprise. Extend the MLK holiday another day. Probably a few quizzes due today as well. Hasn't done a speck of homework all January either. Lots of ZEROES all around.

She's failing all her core subjects and making Cs in the fru fru classes.

But she's on FB wailing and moaning about her plight.

Trifecta of Detention!!

Ok I'll go back to my old names. . .Prince Hygiene SS12, received detention last month for skipping homework. Which is CONSTANT with Dominatrix, SS16 and was CONSTANT with Brainiac OSS18 when he was in school.

So another notice comes in the mail. He skipped DETENTION for missed homework and now is on "Administrative Detention" (double secret probation???).

Once again "phone call to parent" (the BM who shall be referred to as the Girhippo) and a "conference with the student." (TM)

Got slapped with a THIRD detention for ignoring the detention on 1/9/15.

Yep he went to make a recipe that says "serves 6-8" however he interpreted 9 CUPS of seafood stock as 4.5 QUARTS . I make my own stocks that are CLEARLY labeled "4 cups or 2 quarts, etc." We had plenty of homemade stock and yet he used ALL the stock, went out and bought MORE!!!

I quickly quizzed Chef on common standard measures (heaven help him if I were to give him METRIC measurements) He did not know that 8 oz is a cup, 2 cups = pint, 4 cups = quarts and so on.

Not Unlike Drac0's "Tall Boy," SD(16) Is Mysteriously Absent. . .

Yep that's right, folks. SD was "sick" on midterms day. It's noted as "illegal absence with excuse"

HMMMMMM.

I see she scored a whopping 35 out of 100 on her Biology make up midterm.

HMMMMMM.

Her homework grades cycle between A+, F and Zero. HMMMMMMMM! Good to see that the BM and StepDaddy BigBucks can do 10th grade level homework. Failing every subject except for Gym and Health.

BM doesn't care and if I told Chef, he would just get out his industrial strength sized can of Turd Polish (TM)

Been lurking lately as the job has exploded! They sent my coo coo co-worker packing to another office and she is still mourning the fact she no longer supports the "handsome men in uniform" dept. Did several scenes from "Sunset Blvd" including a "farewell tour" of ALLLLLL her FRIENDS in the "handsome men in uniform" dept, but I digress.

I think it was JustanotherSM who got "busted" when her SD found and printed out her blogs to show DH. At which time he freaked out.
