Dominatrix (SD) Turned 18 Last Week. . .

And in quite a few areas of the U.S., CS would end. But not in good ol' NYS, although she just entered her senior year in HS. Her special ed reports keep on coming in stating that basically Dominatrix can do the work if she wants to do it and if she likes the subject.

I think that's true for pretty much everyone. However, in the special snowflake globe land that the Girhippo created, hard work is for everyone else. As is determination, persistence and the "old college try." Just simply give up if it isn't fun, FUN, FUN! That's the Girhippo Way!

And the report cards continue to ring the alarm bells of truancy, tardiness, class clownery and too much socializing/disruption in class by the Dominatrix.

CS will continue on for another three years. I'm pretty sure the Gir will try to ram Dom into community college, which will flop. Dominatrix has already quit 3 part time jobs this year due to lack of work ethic and inability to get along with co-workers (Chef's older brother said it, I didn't.)

I cringe at the fact that we share the same astrological sign, but I digress.

Maybe. She has short lived

Maybe. She has short lived relationships with boys who soon see through her demanding ways (thus the nickname "dominatrix). She also has a long term friend with a girl who never has any boyfriends and acts quite mannish, so you know where I'm going with this.

Maybe they will room together, then post about it on FB, however the Dom will need to be self supporting. The Girhippo won't let this one slide like she did the last time with OSS, (now 20) out of sheer embarrassment having been caught red handed NOT co-parenting with Chef.

Not sure if going on welfare is self supporting.

Come to think of it, we do have gay marriage here in NYS, so that might be an emancipation event.

Has anyone ever had a case where their DH had to pay CS for a child who is on welfare after moving out of the CP BM's abode?

When she was six, I caught her red handed (footed) lying:

She kept entering my house through an open window--a skill set she may need eventually--and I told her not to do that--she said "I'm not!" as I walked in on her straddling the open window and tracking red mulch into the house--I was trying to sell my house.

When she was about eight years old, I caught her going through my purse and Chef's wallet. When I told her it was not right to go through other people's property, her response was "I thought you were sleeping." She often cheated at games so she could "win" right out of the gate.

She also shot my cat in the backside with a BB gun and liked to torture small animals by shooting toads though the eye so she has some criminality there.

Not that there is any schadenfreude, but it's conceivable.
