CP taking NCP back to court....

Does anyone know if the CP wants to take the NCP back to court for CS increase or contempt charges will it cost the CP money or does the AG represent them for free?

So if the CP wants to get an increase in CS then most likely they will have to pay a lawyer to file the paperwork with the court? I thought the only time that the AG step in is when they are actually going after the NCP for CS for the first time?

I never used a lawyer. My son's CS case was in NC.

Ex and BM never used lawyers for CS or visitation issues. Their cases were here in NYC
