Non Compliance parenting..lol

So I work in operations at a company and one of the things we deal with are non compliance penalties as a vendor with our customers. It is a huge issue at times, but I have found inspiration in it and have instituted non compliance parenting at my home.

How it works is this, BS 9 gets a $5.00 a week allowance for helping out around the house. ANy time he doesn't listen, is disrepectfull ect... I the compliance officer take a deduction of .50. You protest, I take another .50 and so on. It is a fabulous motivator of compliance on the part of my kid. On Friday's I pay him his $5.00 and then he pays me whatever deductions for non compliant deductions he has occurred.

My coworkers love it. One of the sales managers who I work with who I work with on our largest account about fell over when I referred to myself the blank blank company of motherhood. He said the next time he visits them he is telling them about my parenting plane.

BS likes to earn money so he does not like when I deduct... Yesterday I taught him how to do laundry. My neighbor's 10 year old does all his own laundry and irons his own uniforms. She is my hero.

deductions for untidy room, bathroom and his stuff in the living room....

I have a incentive bonus plan as well.

My son loves to come to the office with me and is very familiar with my work since I work from home a lot so I use a lot of references to what would happen if mom did that at work, what would her boss do? things like that.
