my exh sticks up his ugly head again
I'm not expecting any sympathy on this matter b/c I know there are some crazy bms out there that do exactly what I did this year. I filed my taxes back in Feb and claimed both dependents. I filed jointly with dh and was also able to claim ss. I claimed both b/c exh was not caught up on child support and our parenting plan stated that if by Dec 31st he was behind then I could claim both. He paid up full mid Dec but by the 31st was behind almost $300 again so I did consult my attorney and he said go ahead. Well exh took me to court last week to compel me to sign the 3228 form and to amend. The judge was in favor of him and ordered me to sign the form. I am so upset. I know it was pretty close but it was clear in the parenting plan and it just bugs me that now he is behind in child support by $3,000 and he owes me yet $2,000 for his half for the GAL we hired last year when I won custody of my boys (I paid the GAL upfront). He seems to want to continue fighting with me and is always taking me to court for this and that, and now this...

For sure he is only after the $$$$$, in fact he has not seen my oldest son for a whole year AT ALL, NOT ONCE, and my youngest for two months now. My oldest absolutely dislikes his dad (I will not use the stronger word that starts with "H" but that's the word bs17 uses). Both boys know how much he's taken advantage of me - he kicked me out 4 yrs ago and put a restraining order on me. He's done nothing at all to make mine or the kids lives happy since. But what's interesting is that he is so miserable it's not funny, but he blames his misery on me.

FDH had primary custody, BM gets visitation, she does not pay any child support (as per co) to FDH. HE PAYS ALL SCHOOL EXPENSES MEDICAL BILLS, EVERYTHING....
AND SHE STILL GETS TO CLAIM TWO OF THE THREE KIDS EVERY YEAR. :jawdrop:

I think you tried to screw XH and the judge saw through your "evil BM" move. The man was completely paid up to date by the middle of December.
We all know that garnishments and payment posting to CSE can vary slightly. If anyone's BM on here pulled what you pulled, they'd be bitching about what a dick move that was.
I'm glad the judge saw through your act. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Remember that.
