Okay Steptalkers, FDH and I have been checking our court records rather frequently as of late to make sure that our attorney is doing his job...I have yet to see it, but he assures us that he is taking care of it; I certainly hope he will after the thousands spent...

In any case, while checking the 'register of actions' today, I saw that BM filed a motion for 'NTC FILING CONF INF RULE 2.420'...
Which, after a bit of research and some common sense, I found to mean 'Notice of Filing Confidential Information Rule 2.420'

Okay, they didn't teach us this stuff in art school, so I continued my research and found that there is a ruling that 19 items (specified in some document) are permitted for exemption from a record (blacked out/kept secret)...So my question friends; What is she blacking out?

Here are the 19 items (minus the ones I assumed were not to be hidden)

1) Chapter 39 records relating to dependency matters, termination of parental rights, guardians ad litem, child abuse neglect, and abandonment.

3) Social Security, bank account, charge, debit, and credit card numbers in court records.

Dirol Identifying information in clinical mental health records under the Baker Act.

11) Estate inventories and accountings.

16) Grand jury records.

17) Information acquired by courts and law enforcement regarding family services for children.

I wouldn't want BM to have access to any of our information. She would only get what she was absolutely entitled too.
