Email password hacking?

southernbelle's picture

Thanks to everyone for all the advice and support. I talked to an older lady friend of mine at lunch yesterday, and kind of have a plan of attack. The biggest thing I need right now, both for my peace of mind and proof should I need it for court is to be able to print or forward the emails I read. Since I got into email in the first place because it was left logged on, I now need a way to hack the passward to get what I need. I hate to ask, but has anyone done this and know how to go about it?
Oh, and PS, I'm going to delete old blogs of mine just in case he stumbles across the site.

I haven't hacked per se, but there is a program I've used to monitor what is going on when I am not there to monitor the kids on the computer. It's called Keylogger. It basically keeps a running record of anything typed on the keyboard. It can run in stealth mode so no one even knows it's there, only you would know how to pull it up. So it would literally keep a record of every key stroke made on your computer. Don't know if that helps

you can download directly from the internet too.

I don't know that I really "hacked" the password...I like to say I noticed it (LOL) on SS16's Myspace, Facebook, & email. They're all the same. His MS page had a thing where it showed his user name for some game he was playing. I tried it as his passwords, and WA-LA! Smile

His MS account got phished or something and there was crap being sent to all his friends, so he did end up changing that one. I went into his email and changed it back again (he hadn't changed his email password) several times. He just kept going in and changing it again. After several times of doing that, he set up a new email account to attach his MS to. He doesn't do much of anything with his FB, but I log into it so I can see what SD13 is up to.

Use a stealth key logger. I bought one for $99 and it was the BEST thing I've ever done. You can download it in minutes and put it to work. It takes screen shots and everything so you can prove you aren't altering the emails before you print them...instead you just print the screenshot and the proof is RIGHT THERE.

Yes I agree. I didn't do this myself, because he never hid it. Sad

But, if I had discovered it, I would have done this before confronting him.

I think you should make your exit strategy myself. If I had read things like this I'm sure I would have been out the door. It's painful to read how delusional the fantasy is for them I'm sure.

Hugs.

I "hacked" PsychoSponge's password to her email. You had to know a personal question to get into and that idiot posts EVERYTHING on FB so it wasn't real hard to figure it out. I probably shouldn't have done that....well I know I should not have but I needed to find some things out that she would NEVER tell me! I found what I was looking for....

Missed part of this discussion, but I can get into my SD's accounts because she's in LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE and she uses her boyfriend's name and their anniversary date.

Duh. Like a mom wouldn't figure that out...
