Some updates here~

My DH hasn't heard anything from BM in over a week and a half, and SS hasn't visited in a few weeks now. On one hand, I can't say that I miss the head-spinning emails from BM that came every day. But she's further alienating SS from us again. There were a few times DH checked up on her, and it showed her as being online...so I don't know if she's just not checking her email, or reading them but purposely not responding.

She said she would see DH at the IEP meeting, that fell through for us, due to the weather and transportation problems. But DH asked her what happened...no reply. He called the school ahead of time, but they haven't gotten back to him either.

The most frustrating thing about all of this is that we can't enforce anything right now....Domestics contacted me about getting the bench warrant "taken care of". They want 20% of what is owed PRONTO, and they have threatened to send the sherriff. On the 17th of this month, my FIL is getting his income tax refund, and has already said he will loan us the money to stave off Demonsters...I mean..."Domestics". So BM should be getting over 2 grand soon~ that thought really bothers me. But anyway, this is all if they don't try to arrest DH by then. But even though he's being threatened and forced to hold up HIS "end" of things, BM gets away with Alienation right now, and there's no repercussions. She recently claimed her car was "totaled"...how is she getting to work almost everyday ? She's conveniently not saying. She said her mom was her ride to the IEP meeting, DH asked why can't her mom help with transportation for custody schedule? Again, she never responded.

....I hate the system.....
